About Me
Built on an analytics foundation
My PM work is grounded in hands-on data: dashboards, funnels, and experimentation. Not just strategy decks.
Tableau Adobe Analytics SQL Dynatrace A/B Testing

A PM who leads
with questions,
not answers.

I started as a full stack developer who couldn't stop asking "but why does the user do that?" That curiosity pulled me into product management where I spent years inside funnel data, finding the exact moments users gave up.

It was rarely what anyone expected. Identity verification failures weren't user errors they were API timeouts. Funding drop offs weren't cold feet they were specific payment processor failures. The data always had an answer. My job was asking the right question first.

Every funnel is a hypothesis, not a given.
Ship small, learn fast, measure everything.
Support tickets are my favorite research tool.

Product Thinking

What I think about
when I'm not working.

01
Essay · Onboarding
The 90-second window: why most digital onboarding fails before it begins
The first 90 seconds determine everything. I've watched 60% drop off happen at a single form field. Not because the product was bad, but because users did not understand what they were about to do. Here's what I've learned about the moment users decide to stay or leave.

Analysis · Digital Banking
Why the best neobanks removed the word "bank" from their onboarding
Chime, Revolut, and Mercury all made the same counterintuitive bet: lead with the outcome, not the product. Meanwhile, traditional banks open with compliance. A breakdown of how framing determines trust. Data-backed.

03
Framework · Metrics
What I wish I'd known about North Star metrics before my first sprint review
Three years in, I've seen teams pick the wrong North Star and optimize into a local maximum. Completion rate sounds right, until you realize you're measuring users who gave up, not users who succeeded. Here's the mental model I now use before agreeing to any metric.

Let's build
something together.

Whether it's about a role, a product debate, or just coffee and funnels. I am always up for it.
